• RN/RM1 $74,831 - $102,103 p.a (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + salary sacrifice benefits

WHERE AND HOW YOU WILL WORK

The Fleurieu Peninsula is just one hour for the city of Adelaide. It covers the stunning areas and towns of McLaren Vale, through to Strathalbyn, Goolwa, Victor Harbor and Aldinga Beach where you can spend days off experiencing the wineries and award winning restaurants of the southern vales. Southern Fleurieu Health Service (SFHS) in Victor Harbor provides comprehensive healthcare to the Fleurieu Peninsula and surrounding communities. Services include general medical and surgical care, maternity, renal dialysis, chemotherapy, radiology, pathology, and a 24/7 emergency department. Specialist services include cardiology, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, urology, and palliative care.

SFHS is a modern facility with purpose-built consulting rooms, therapy zones, and birthing suites, offering a supportive environment for both patients and staff committed to high-quality, patient-centred care.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care and coordinate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
• Lead and support junior staff, students, and colleagues in daily clinical practice.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?
