Our client
is a global manufacturing & distribution business, supplying customers across a wide range of industries. With a strong presence in APAC and a growing investment in supply chain infrastructure, they are known for driving innovation, maintaining exceptional customer delivery standards, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability. Their Sydney distribution centre is a critical hub for the ANZ business, supporting a $100m operation and playing a key role in regional expansion.

The Role
will oversee the Sydney distribution centre, managing a $100m operation across inbound, outbound, inventory, and compliance. The Operations Manager ANZ  will drive process optimisation, cost control, and productivity improvements while ensuring exceptional safety and compliance standards. A key project will be the successful delivery of an SAP upgrade, requiring hands-on leadership, strong planning, and seamless stakeholder engagement across both local and regional teams.

We're Looking For
a proven distribution centre leader with a strong blend of operational expertise and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Demonstrated hands-on leadership in DC or warehouse operations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to partner closely with Sales, Vendors, and Customer teams.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive approach to change.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance best practice.
  • ERP/SAP system experience
  • Technical strength in supply chain processes, inventory management, and vendor collaboration.
