Join our team to deliver innovative transport infrastructure projects. In this role, you'll collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment, lead civil design development, and provide expert technical advice across planning and delivery phases. You'll ensure compliance with standards, manage priorities, and contribute to high-quality outcomes that shape communities. If you have strong civil design experience, proficiency in design tools, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supervise the development of transport infrastructure design models in the strategic planning, concept, development, and implementation phases of an overarching framework for the delivery of projects.
  • Apply innovation, expert advice and broad problem solving in relation to planning and design for transport infrastructure projects and their relevant phases of corridor planning, program development, program delivery, and program finalisation.
  • Ensure that planning and design principles are implemented in accordance with the relevant policies, standards, guidelines and legislation, and that quality management procedures are adhered to.
  • Assist with the management and review of external design consultancies provision of design services.
  • Provide expert support and advice, including problem resolution, to various stakeholders on the planning and design process for successful completion of transport infrastructure projects.
  • Provide input to determine the resourcing, engineering requirements, critical components and systems involved in supporting project management and delivery of planning and design component projects.
  • Development of effective relations with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address needs, expectations and issues that may affect the successful delivery of projects.
