Inventory & Operations Coordinator
to support end-to-end shipment management - ensuring every delivery is accurate, compliant, and on time.

What You'll Do

  • Manage import/export shipments from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and international offices.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian customs and safety regulations.
  • Invoice and cost files promptly to meet KPIs.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in logistics or inventory coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Confident communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • DG certification or aviation experience a bonus
