​The Opportunity

The Driver – Airport & Freight Operations will work within the Operations Team and play a key role in ensuring the timely and secure collection, delivery, and processing of freight across the Sydney Airport area. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth and efficient movement of shipments, ensuring compliance with safety and security standards, and upholding B&H Worldwide's high service standards.

Line Manager: Station Manager

​Location:  Sydney Airport Area

​Conditions:  Full-Time, 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with weekends based on operational needs)

Key Role Accountabilities

  • Collect and deliver imported freight between airline terminals, customers, and the office.
  • Lodge shipments in line with aviation and freight security requirements.
  • Maintain company vehicles to a high safety and cleanliness standard.
  • Support warehouse operations and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Adhere to all WHS, security, and compliance protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in freight, logistics, or courier services is preferred.
  • ​Familiarity with the Sydney Airport area and logistics routes is advantageous.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork.
  • Ability to manage delivery schedules and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes accurately.
  • ​Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • ​A good understanding of transport and logistics regulations, including aviation security requirements.

Mandatory:

  • Valid driver's license (appropriate for the vehicle type).
  • ​Ability to lift and handle freight in accordance with workplace safety guidelines.
  • ​Ability to pass security background checks (e.g., Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), if required).
