We are The Brand Agency, one of ANZ's leading full-service retail specialist agencies and part of WPP and the Ogilvy Network.

The role:

We're looking for a Senior Art Director to join The Brand Agency team in Melbourne to join us on a permanent or temporary contract.

As a Senior Art Director, you will:

  • Be curious and explore ideas with energy and passion.
  • Be a hands-on team player.
  • Be happy to take ownership of major projects, build solid relationships, and continue to develop skills within an ambitious department.
  • Be great to work with.
  • Bring integrated ideas to life with well-crafted art direction across all channels.

You are:

  • A passionate, experienced Art Director who loves ideas, building bands and retail hustle.
  • A confident presenter and a team player whose experience means you are an asset on shoots and also great at ideating from OOH, to social-first ideas.
  • You work openly and collaboratively with account management, design and production to produce big ideas that twist, turn, surprise and delight, whatever medium they are in.
