About the Role

As our Director of Product, you'll sit at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business strategy translating client needs into smart, scalable, and beautifully executed tech solutions.

You'll lead and inspire a team of Product Managers, Product Designers and Business Analysts overseeing the full lifecycle of our proprietary and integrated products.

From defining strategy and shaping roadmaps to focusing on delivery, you'll ensure every product decision we make is grounded in value for the hospitality industry.

Working with our teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Hyderabad, this role requires a visionary leader who can inspire a team and align product development with customer needs, company goals. and global ambitions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product strategy across all proprietary platforms, aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle: from market analysis to design, development, release, and iteration.
• Build and mentor a cross-functional product team, creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deeply understand the problems we're solving and ensure our solutions deliver.
• Champion customer feedback, transforming insights into features that truly matter
• Communicate roadmaps, features, and vision clearly across teams and to our customers.
• Maintain high standards of delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.

About you:

• Experience in product leadership, owning the full product lifecycle in a software/tech environment as a Head of Product or Director of Product
• Proven success managing and inspiring high-performing product teams.
• Deep experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
• A knack for translating customer insights into actionable features
• Experience working with product analytics and data to guide decisions.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology or a related field.
• Ideally if you have experience in hospitality, fintech, or SaaS platforms.
