Compliance Coordinator – Training Services

In this part-time, 3-day a week role as Compliance Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day compliance and quality assurance functions of Opendoor's Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Your focus will be on meeting obligations under the VRQA and Skills First contract, while contributing to a high-quality student experience.
You will be responsible to:
· Monitor and manage compliance with the Skills First contract and VET Quality Framework
· Maintain a compliance calendar and coordinate internal audits and rectifications
· Support preparation for external audits and contract reporting
· Keep trainer matrices, registers, and templates up to date and audit-ready
· Work with the Admin Coordinator to ensure Skills Victoria Training System data integrity and reporting
· Communicate compliance updates and changes across the team
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and policy updates
This is a coordination role that blends detail-oriented documentation with collaboration and quality service delivery.
About the team
Reporting to the RTO State Manager, you'll be part of Opendoor's Training Services team, which delivers nationally recognised and pre-accredited programs through our RTO (#4185). Training spans foundation skills, job readiness, and qualifications in areas like Early Childhood and Individual Support. The team is committed to supporting learner outcomes through personalised delivery, strong community connections, and a focus on continuous improvement and compliance.
What you'll receive
In addition to receiving an hourly rate of $46.28 Super (annualised to $54,873 for 3 days), you will have access to:

About you
You are someone who thrives in a structured and detail-focused role, with a strong understanding of RTO compliance and quality systems. You work well with others and take pride in delivering timely, accurate and compliant results.
You will have:
· Demonstrated experience in a similar role
· Strong working knowledge of VRQA requirements and Skills First contract
· High level of administration skills
· Strong reporting capabilities
· Experience with student management systems (we use aXcelerate)
· Outstanding organisation, communication and problem-solving abilities
