We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your leadership will make a real impact.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences every time. You'll be responsible for staff management, service standards, financial performance, and creating a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and customer care
  • Oversee rosters, stock control, and supplier coordination
  • Monitor budgets, sales targets, and cost efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy venue
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and cost control
  • A hands-on approach with great problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • RSA Certificate (mandatory)
