What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing all aspects of personal care and support to our wonderful residents

  • Collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure the highest quality services is delivered to residents.

  • Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for both staff residents and visitors.

  • Using our internal system (LeeCare) for all progress notes and resident information updates.

  • Being a valued part of a team that truly cares and a willingness to impart your experience with students and new starters.

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent (or willingness to start within 3 months).

  • Current criminal record check (or ability to obtain) and the continued renewal every 3 years or in line with relevant legislation.

  • Availability to work weekdays, and/or weekends and travel between our Carramar (Tewantin) and Kabara (Cooroy) sites.
