We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, sustainability, and genuine connection to the Whitsundays.We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Tour Guide & Guest Experience Leader with strong maritime and customer service credentials to join our passionate team in Airlie Beach. This role involves guiding guests on both marine and land-based tours, providing engaging interpretation, ensuring safety and comfort, and creating memorable adventures.A minimum of 2 years of tourism or guiding experience is required for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesEscort and engage visitors on sightseeing, cultural, and adventure toursDeliver high-quality commentary highlighting the environmental, historical, and cultural values of the WhitsundaysEnsure guest safety and wellbeing, including first aid response where requiredOperate vessels and assist with sailing, snorkelling, and onboard serviceplanning and rearranging schedules and itinerariesCapture guest engagement moments, including in-water photographyMaintain accurate guest records and assist with logistics, scheduling, and reportingRepresent Iconic Whitsunday Adventures with professionalism and enthusiasmRespond calmly and effectively to emergencies (first aid, O₂, rescue readiness)Work collaboratively with skippers, deckhands, and the operations teamQualifications and ExperienceEssential:Certificate III/IV in Tourism, Marine, or Outdoor Recreation (or equivalent experience)Current Coxswain Grade 3 NC or higher (Master
