About the Role
Enrolling into a child care can be overwhelming That's why we have created the role of Family Experience Coordinator will play a key role in supporting families through their enrolment journey, through the various questions, to navigating the Child Care Subsidy System, our experience Coordinator will support along every step of the process.
You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that connects families with their ideal Jenny's ELC centre — guiding them through enquiries, tour bookings, and next steps, while ensuring every interaction reflects our warm and personal approach.
This role blends relationship-building with proactive follow-up, helping to ensure consistency, timeliness, and quality across all family communications. You'll work closely with our marketing and centre teams to understand availability, our unique stand out features of each centre and also have a great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of connection: Provide warm, professional and informed responses via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate tour bookings: Match families with the right centre based on location, availability, and their individual needs.
- Follow up consistently: Maintain timely communication throughout each family's journey to ensure great communication starts with you
- Collaborate with centres: Work with Centre Directors to stay up to date with their individual centre opportunities and exciting programs.
- Assist with enrolment documentation: Provide support with enrolment forms, CCS information, and supporting documentation
- Nurture and engage with Families: Manage incoming enquiries, follow up with families, and guiding them from first contact through to tour and enrolment.
- Track and report on enquiries: Use a variety of different software, you'll be savvy in making sure our families receive the best possible support and service.
About you
- Exceptional telephone manner: An ability to engage, think on your feet and be a genuine communicator
- In depth knowledge of CCS and child care enrolment: Navigating this can be challenging and you will help steer the course
- Tech savvy individual: Comfortable working across a variety of digital platforms
- Highly organised and proactive, ensuring every family is supported promptly
