MSS Security needs capable people just like you, to fill diverse security roles right across Australia. This unique scholarship program provides you with a direct pathway from training to employment, funded by MSS Security.

The MSS Security Scholarship Program supports over 500 training places per year for persons seeking to join MSS Security's growing team across Australia.

MSS Security operates in partnership with Asset College RTO: 110044, to offer CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations Australia-wide supporting suitable individual to kickstart their career in Security.

Upon successful completion, participants will obtain their State or Territory Security Licence as required, followed by on-boarding to the MSS Security Team. Completing the Certificate II in Security Operations will support licence-based qualifications and ensures a culture of continual learning development.

What will MSS give you?

MSS will provide you with a conditional Letter of Offer, outlining their intention to employ you once you receive your security licence.

MSS Security are a national employer with roles available across many areas including:
