We are seeking a PBS Practitioner interested in working in the Disability Sector to join our collaborative and innovative team.

What you'll do:
- Undertake comprehensive Functional Behavioural Assessment and develop appropriate Behaviour Support Plans
- Identify strategies for participants framed within Positive Behaviour Support to enhance quality of life
- Work in close collaboration with the support team to develop, implement and review strategies and set realistic goals for participants
- Provide and participate in clinical supervision
- Promote our values, including the human right for everyone to be contributing members of the community
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience working in the disability sector and with NDIS
- Current suitability confirmed by NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission at the core or above levels
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology or related areas
- Full registration with AHPRA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to share ideas and think outside the box
