Work with big Australian brand names, experience great office culture and get access to professional development opportunities. What we do
At Holocentric, we build software that help organizations and their people do their best work. Our customers use our process, risk and compliance software to meet their regulatory obligations, improve their operations, and train and guide their people. We are proud to have strong long-term customer partnerships with many Australian household brand names in banking, airline, utilities, university and government sectors. Owned and backed by one of the largest listed software companies in the world, we have enjoyed strong year-on-year growth and are looking to expand. What is it like working in our team?
As part of this team, you'll be part of a group of highly motivated individuals. We've got lofty goals, but we're also very practical about what is achievable with the time and resources that we have. You'll often hear us talk about what the priorities are and why we might set aside some goals to focus on others.
Collaboration is more than a buzzword to us. We have a flat hierarchy, zero office politics, and create environments where every team member have a voice and contribution. We support one another when things get tough - you're never alone when you're working in our team.
We celebrate achievements, even the smallest wins. We also know that making mistakes and learning from them is part of the journey. We experiment a lot – we and would rather try and fail than be stuck in analysis paralysis. It's how we innovate.
Lastly, we care about doing the right thing by others, especially our colleagues and customers. We value transparency and candor, and frown upon fluffy bullsht. We work hard to deliver our promises to each other and our customers.
