Green Gully SC is seeking an experienced and motivated 
U20s NPL Head Coach
 to lead our U20s program within the club's elite player development pathway.

The U20s program sits directly beneath the Senior NPL squad and plays a vital role in preparing players for first-team football. The successful applicant will work closely with the Technical Director, U23s, and Senior Staff to ensure full alignment with the club's Game Model and Player Development Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver 
    three high-quality training sessions per week
    , aligned with the club's game model and principles (fourth session delivered by club S&C staff).
  • Lead the team on matchdays in a professional, competitive environment.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director and Senior Coaches to support player progression to U23s and Seniors.
  • Uphold high standards of discipline, communication, and player welfare.
  • Contribute to ongoing coach development, team reviews, and club-wide meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Football Australia B Licence (A Licence desirable).
  • Proven experience coaching in a high-performance youth or senior environment.
  • Strong understanding of player development within an elite structure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to the club's culture, standards, and long-term vision.
