Tip Top Springwood are currently seeking 4x Warehouse & Distribution Operators to join the team. As a Warehouse & Distribution Operator, you will be responsible for warehouse picking, packing and loading activities as well as supporting the movement of trailers and product. This includes maintaining Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the site.

Roster: Shifts to cover 24/7 business operations

Purpose of the Role 

  • Accurate and efficient picking of product in the warehouse
  • Safe and timely loading of trucks as well as completing the truck manifest,
  • Safe and efficient trailer movements across site and depots including removal and placement of trailers on and off docks​
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Heavy Combination (HC) Licence required, Multi-Combination (MC) desirable
  • Previous warehouse and distribution experience in an industrial setting
  • A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others
  • Experience working in FMCG environment, desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
