What You Will Do...
As our Business Manager for Metasearch, you will be responsible for the customer and revenue growth generated by our metasearch product, Demand Plus. You will own the optimisation of go-to-market, business processes and customer experience and will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders within the business, as well as our external partners, to accelerate growth. As part of a tight knit team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to create positive customer impact and bring new initiatives to life.

This role will work closely with the SEM team on margin management and implementation of bidding strategies, and the transaction optimisation team in Customer Success to drive improved performance on a per property basis. The Business Manager will also be accountable for the delivery of initiatives such as pricing strategy, new optimisation plays, launch and scaling of new metasearch products and offerings, and other business objectives on the roadmap to drive overall commercial growth. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams on R&D of future product-led growth strategies, and the Sales, Onboarding & Ecosystem Partnerships teams on growing metasearch customer numbers.

What You Have

  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and travel technology and/or In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing
  • Highly resilient and comfortable in a startup/scale-up environment that is ever-changing
  • Ability to independently drive successful Go to Market programs with a strong stakeholder management skill set and analytical capabilities
  • Consultative approach, ability to develop solutions and present business cases to be assessed and iterated with senior leadership
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset coupled with creative problem solving and strong analytical capabilities
  • Proactive and tenacious at unlocking opportunities
  • Basic SQL experience is a plus
