As a Territory Manager – Hernia Solutions, you'll take ownership of a thriving territory covering Central Victoria, Geelong, Shepparton and Ballarat. You'll work alongside surgeons and OR teams, driving adoption of BD's industry-leading hernia repair and soft tissue reconstruction portfolio.
This role is perfect for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment. You know how to build strong relationships and turn them into results.

Your Day-to-Day- Drive adoption of BD's hernia and soft tissue reconstruction portfolio in surgical settings
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and key decision-makers
- Deliver in-theatre education, training, and product demonstrations
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into wins
- Manage consignment accounts and ensure effective product utilisation
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise territory performance
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
You're competitive, driven, and thrive in high-pressure environments. You know how to build relationships and how to leverage them to close deals and grow your territory.
You'll bring:
- Proven success in surgical device sales (OR/theatre experience essential)
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
- Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
