About Us

BlendCo is a family run company proudly supporting the hospitality industry across Australia. We're growing fast and looking for a Territory Manager to help expand our presence across Melbourne and South/Eastern Victoria.

We represent some of Australia's most loved coffee and tea brands, Woolshed Coffee Roasters, The Ants Pants Espresso, NorthSouth Espresso, Amber Organic Espresso, and Hyphen along with premium equipment such as La Marzocco, San Remo and Bravilor.

The Role

As Territory Manager, you'll be the face of BlendCo in your region — developing new business, nurturing relationships, and helping our partners deliver exceptional coffee experiences.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own territory and the support of a friendly, motivated team. Flexibility is key — your days will be varied and may include occasional delivery of products to customers to ensure smooth service and maintain great relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with cafés, restaurants and venues.
  • Drive sales growth and meet monthly targets.
  • Provide excellent service and product knowledge to clients.
  • Deliver coffee and equipment products to customers when required.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
  • Stay up to date with products, market trends and competitors.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven sales and negotiation experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Business development mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • Reliable and flexible with a hands-on approach.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Experience in hospitality or coffee is highly regarded.
