Casual / Part-Time | $28–$34 per hour (based on experience)

We're on the lookout for a friendly,outgoing and reliable team members to join our Poolwerx family across our Yeronga and Fairfield stores.

If you enjoy chatting with people, helping solve problems, and want to learn something new, this could be a great fit. Pool industry experience isn't required we'll teach you everything you need to know.

This role suits someone who's looking for consistent work and is available Wednesday to Sunday. Perfect for students, parents, or anyone who loves a hands-on retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Greeting customers and helping them find what they need
  • Testing and analysing pool water (training provided)
  • Keeping the store clean, stocked, and looking great
  • Processing sales and using our POS system
  • Helping the service team with customer enquiries and bookings

Who We're Looking For
  • Reliable and trustworthy you'll sometimes open or close the store
  • Confident talking to customers and giving advice
  • Outgoing and willing to engage in conversation and perscriptive selling
  • Willing to learn new products and technical info
  • Organised and proactive you like things running smoothly
  • Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
  • Happy to work Wednesday to Sunday (rostered days within that window)
