The new Government Incentives on Solar and now Battery Storage make for an excellent platform for true value added solution selling. Do the work with your prospecting and ask for referrals and you are assured results. Furthermore, The solar and Energy Storage side of the business will provide you with Pre Qualified leads which our client expects will make up 50% of your total sales.
This is a B2B solution selling role. The focus is on new business generation, both with new cxustomers and existing customers that use their other services. As such, candidates that have the desire to hunt as well as the smarts to understand that farming referrals has a purpose will be seen to have the advantage. Good closing skills will ensure you make the most of your opportunities to close a sale to pre qualified leads as well. Likewise, so will above budget performers who wont settle for an OTE income, but instead have goals to make their life much more comfortable right now....
I am looking for the right success attitude, the drive, energy and resilience to keep moving, the ability to cold call and walk into Company and Business premises to start conversations and the hunger to earn which will see you following up on a regular basis.
Simply put, we are looking for good sales people from any industry. You may be selling in any B2B or Business to Consumer (B2C) Capacity, either on the road or in retail and want to get out on the road and get away from working weekends. What is important is you have experienced success and have a proven track record in your current industry. Our client will train and mentor you with the rest, as long as you have the right aptitude and "go get them" attitude.
