Additional information:

- - These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40-60hrs/fortnight based both in the main store in Richmond and in the External Warehouse in Abbotsford
- These roles require availability to work either overnight, Monday to Sunday 3am to 10am OR Monday to Sunday 6am to 10pm
- The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker

- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
- To be successful for this role, a forklift licence will be required and experience driving high-reach forklifts will be highly regarded

About this work area

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- - Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker or you have:

- - A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.

- Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
- An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.

- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
