Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative in a Casual or Part-time position.

As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our hospital, assisting pet owners and ensuring their experience with us is outstanding

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone
  • Handling appointments, inquiries, and client communications
  • Managing client records and paperwork accurately
  • Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and hospital policies
  • Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Processing client payments and maintain financial records
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Assisting in administrative tasks as needed
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our clients' needs

Role requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception/customer service client-facing role
  • Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, calm, team player attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
