About the Role

All Pest Solutions, part of the Flick Anticimex Group, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team in the Coffs Harbour region. This hands-on role supports our pest control technicians in installing chemical-treated zones around residential properties.

If you enjoy physical outdoor work, take pride in doing a job well, and maintain a professional attitude when interacting with customers, this could be a great fit for you.

You'll assist with site preparation, trenching, and installation of pest control barriers, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. You'll be part of a supportive team committed to protecting homes and delivering quality service.

Note: High fitness levels are essential due to the physical nature of trenching and installation tasks.

A full driver's licence is required to travel within the Coffs Harbour region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians with the installation of chemical-treated zones around residential properties
  • Perform trenching, site preparation, and clean-up tasks
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner when working around customers

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in labouring or outdoor physical work preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Good communication skills and professional presentation
