I will:

- Work across various on-site programs, including Adult Recreational, Life Skills, Work and Study, and Skills for Life.
- Support customers in their day-to-day activities, helping them build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.
- Facilitate engaging group activities such as art, drama, music, cooking, gardening, or travel training.
- Assist with the Work and Study Skills program, supporting customers to explore employment or education pathways.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, and external stakeholders.
- Implement and review Individual Program Plans, ensuring customer goals are person-centred and outcome-focused.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills by identifying challenges and developing practical solutions.
- Apply a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles to create a safe and supportive environment.
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
As a Northcott Senior Support Worker, I'll help customers build confidence, independence, and connection — making every day a chance to create meaningful change.
