Key Responsibilities

● Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers, fostering professional

growth and collaboration.

● Oversee portfolio performance to ensure compliance, efficiency, and exceptional

client satisfaction.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.

● Provide guidance and escalation support on complex tenancy issues, maintenance,

and lease management.

● Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and staff training.

● Ensure all properties are managed in accordance with industry regulations and

company standards.

● Champion our customer service culture and uphold the Ray White Canberra brand of

excellence.

About You

● Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of

end-to-end portfolio operations.

● Leadership or team coordination experience (formal or informal) highly regarded.

● Current ACT Real Estate registration or licence.

● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

● A proactive, supportive, and positive approach to team leadership.

● Reliable, roadworthy, registered vehicle.
