ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We're on the hunt for a fun-loving, high-energy Store Manager to lead the team at Shoes & Sox Belconnen This is a permanent, full-time position.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

No two days are the same, but here's a taste of what you'll be getting up to:

• Lead the way – inspire, mentor and motivate your awesome team to hit targets and celebrate the wins

• Keep things running smooth – from sales and stock to store presentation and everything in between
• Style it up – make the store shine with eye-catching visual merchandising
• Stay sharp – help reduce shrinkage with smart stock handling

ABOUT YOU

• You're confident, organised, and ready to step into a leadership role that truly makes a difference.
• Previous experience in retail leadership (Store Manager or Assistant Manager)
• A natural coach who loves helping others grow
• Warm, approachable and great with kids – patience is key
• Proven success in hitting KPIs, managing stock, and keeping the store looking sharp
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Passionate about continuous learning, improvement and bringing energy to every shift
