The Opportunity

  • Safely operating waste collection vehicles
  • Loading/unloading commercial and industrial waste and materials
  • Transporting loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out
  • Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations, and training

About You

  • Hold an unrestricted HR license as a minimum
  • Able to drive a Side-lift vehicle
  • Must be available for an early morning start (3am)
  • Physical fitness to manage loading/unloading duties
  • Ability to drive a variety of trucks
  • Clean driving record
  • Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
  • A strong safety focus and team player mindset
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen
