Based from our Wingfield Branch, we currently have an opportunity for a Customer Facing MR Driver to join our team and assist in the servicing and expansion of our business. With a wide and varied client base our routes vary daily. Our role is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person who can work unsupervised and who is interested in a diverse range of duties with a mix of physical, driving, and customer service duties as part of this role.

**What will you do?**
- Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading.
- Loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices.
- Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles.
- Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely.
- Estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight.
- Ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage.
- Verifying loading documents, checking conditions of goods, and obtaining certification of deliveries.

- Total potential package with guaranteed overtime $79,770.86.
- Earn a $4,000 Annual Performance Bonus (paid quarterly).

**What we are looking for?**
- 1+ years driving experience.
- Courier type, multi pick up/drop experience strongly regarded.
- Valid (Minimum) Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License, however Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck License preferred.
- Good Driver History Record.
- Strong Customer Focus.
- Safe manual handling skills.
- Hard-working, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction.
