Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and prep surfaces: clean debris, remove old caulk, sand, prime.
  • Mix and apply sealants to joints, seams, gaps.
  • Perform quality checks and minor repairs on seals.
  • Operate/maintain tools like caulking guns, trowels; manage inventory.
  • Coordinate with crew; ensure safety in varied environments (heights, weather).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year caulking experience
  • Manual driving license

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week
