We're looking for an experienced Caulker to join our team.

Full-time work available across Melbourne, on a range of commercial and remedial projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Apply and finish polyurethane and other sealants to internal and external surfaces (including between precast panels).
  • Perform remedial sealing, expansion joints, facades, precast panels, and more.
  • Prepare and clean surfaces before application.
  • Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and professional condition.

What We're After

  • At least 2 years' caulking experience – commercial or remedial.
  • Strong skills with polyurethane and acrylic materials (especially caulking at precast panels).
  • Good eye for detail and a clean, consistent finish.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a small team.
  • Must have a White Card and a driver's licence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
