About the Role We're looking for a Senior Lifecycle Member Experience Manager to lead and evolve our CRM and engagement strategy across the full member lifecycle: from acquisition through retention and loyalty.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You'll guide a talented team to design, deliver, and optimise lifecycle programs that grow member value, drive cross-sell opportunities, and deepen engagement. You'll define the roadmap, set best practices, and still jump into the tools to test, learn, and push boundaries when needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of CRM and lifecycle strategies that drive activation, retention, and loyalty across multiple products
  • Own the lifecycle roadmap and deliver measurable improvements in member engagement, conversion, and lifetime value
  • Work hands-on with Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake, Tableau and Secoda to bring campaigns and automations to life from segmentation and journey design to testing and reporting
  • Manage, coach, and inspire a team of CRM specialists, empowering them to innovate and execute effectively
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, Sales, and CX to ensure lifecycle initiatives are aligned to business growth and customer needs
  • Report on key CRM metrics, analyse results, and translate insights into action

About You

  • 7+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle, or customer engagement marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experienced in building and executing CRM strategies across email, SMS, and app channels
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to work directly in automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Skilled in data-driven marketing, segmentation, and personalisation using tools like Snowflake or other customer data platforms
  • Collaborative leader with strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring and growing a team
