We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Kedron team and focus on what matters most:

You'll need:

2+ years' experience as a paediatric OT

Experience supporting children aged 0–12 across diverse settings

Confidence navigating the NDIS (incl. functional reporting and plan reviews)

A child-led, neurodiversity-affirming approach

AHPRA registration + full working rights in Australia

A grounded, thoughtful approach to therapy—and a love of seeing progress

About the Role

As a Paediatric OT, you'll support children aged 0–12 with a range of presentations—Autism, ADHD, GDD, physical challenges, developmental delays and more.

You'll be supported to:

• Deliver 
  child-led, evidence-informed therapy
   in clinic and community settings
• Support clients with 
  NDIS-aligned reports and progress plans
   that support real-world goals
• Collaborate with your team, families, educators, and other providers to practice wrap-around support for your clients.
• Access a comprehensive resource library, standardised assessments and movement spaces
• Engage in ongoing learning through PD, shadowing, and reflective discussions

Your caseload will be shaped around your interests and strengths.
