About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll carry out a mix of preventative and corrective maintenance, fault finding, installations and project support across our busy site. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, where no two days are the same.

Your day-to-day will include

  • Performing electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault finding on plant and building systems
  • Assisting with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment
  • Supporting the design and improvement of systems and processes
  • Maintaining accurate records, schematics and documentation
  • Supervising apprentices and mentoring junior team members
  • Participating in the after-hours call-out roster (24/7 operations)
  • Always working with a safety-first mindset

What we're looking for

  • Current A-Grade WA Electrical License (essential)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Additional skills in mechanical, instrumentation or pneumatics (advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to ongoing learning and safety
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
