THE ROLE

Victoria's Secret is looking for talented people who live our values You will be responsible for driving results in the assigned category by creating an excellent customer and associate experience and by leading all daily activities. You will foster a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reinforce a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
  • Maximizes sales potential by spending 90% of scheduled time on the sales floor.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer sales lead (CSL) behaviors
  • Supports, models and enhances all selling and sales support behaviors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assists store manager in creating SMART action plans that improve execution and results.
  • Displays expert product knowledge of assigned category and general knowledge of all categories.
