**Retail Sales Ambassador**

Due to continued growth we have the opportunity for a Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team at Balance Mobility.

Balance Mobility is a mobility and healthcare retail business located on the Gold Coast and northern NSW. We provide mobility and rehab equipment to those in need through sales, hire, servicing and delivery. To be successful in this role you must enjoy working with people, have experience in sales, sound computer skills and have excellent communication skills. You will be an energetic person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possess attention to detail. This is a vital role within our company as you will be the face of the organisation. You will be face to face with customers in store to our clients in their time of need and building customer relationships.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Respond to E-Mail, telephone or face to face enquiries.
- Providing quotes and completion of in store and online sales.
- Advising customers by providing information and advice on products.
- Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- Directing customers by leading them to products and suggesting items and add on if required.
- The ability to handle sensitive information and situations in a confidential and confident manner.
- Assists customers to make selections by building customer confidence offering suggestions and opinions.

- Intermediate computer Skills, including word and E-Mail
- The ability to attend to client’s needs in a genuine and empathetic manner
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads.
