Are you passionate about working with children and ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? Big Fat Smile's Fairy Meadow Fun Club is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Centre Director to lead our team and create a welcoming, engaging space for children to learn and grow.

Position: Centre Director
Location: Fairy Meadow Demonstration School
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (7.6 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

As the Director, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care and education for school-aged children, using your expertise and creativity to foster a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment. You'll build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with parents, carers, and your team of educators; working together to plan, deliver, and reflect on programs that go beyond compliance to be inclusive, inspiring, and filled with moments that truly matter. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, bringing a calm, capable, and confident presence that helps your team and families thrive.

This is a permanent opportunity to work during Before and After School Care as well as Vacation Care.

What you need to succeed

• A cleared valid for paid work, Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable)
• Strong understanding of the NQF, My Time Our Place, and what "quality" really looks like in OSHC
• You meet the requirements to be a Nominated Supervisor, or you are keen to get there and take that responsibility seriously.
• And if you're up for it you're keen to grow even more Maybe even dive into further study like a Cert IV in School Age Education and Care, so you can truly rock your 5 to 12 child development knowledge and take your OSHC game to the next level
