The Opportunity:  

At Crystalbrook Collection, every dining experience is an opportunity to surprise, delight and connect. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless, professional and personalised service - from welcoming guests and serving beautiful dishes to curating memorable moments, you will bring warmth, care and attention to detail to every interaction.  

This is a part-time opportunity offering approximately 24–38 hours per week. You will be available to work across a rotating 7-day roster, with a strong focus on afternoon and evening shifts, supporting our PM service periods.

The Talent:  

You are an engaging, guest-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a natural flair for service and a passion for hospitality, you take pride in creating memorable experiences that make every guest feel valued. Experience in a similar role is ideal, but if you have the right attitude, energy and commitment, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed.  

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within a high-end environment preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner  
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail  
• Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team  
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster 
• Enthusiasm, adaptability and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
