Job Description
Step into a dynamic role that offers genuine variety and the chance to experience every side of our premium 5-star hotel operation. From Coco's Kitchen + Bar to the Pool Bar and our vibrant banqueting spaces, you'll be part of everything from relaxed breakfasts to elegant dinners and large-scale events. What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive service across restaurant, pool bar, and event spaces
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally
• Set up, operate, and pack down dining and function areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Recommend menu items and confidently upsell where appropriate
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a welcoming team culture

Our Ideal Candidate Has

• A warm, guest-focused attitude and genuine love for hospitality
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• A positive team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
