With exciting new projects ready to commence, we are seeking an experienced, design-driven Architectural Draftspersonn or Building Designer to join our collaborative team and help shape the future of premium construction.

About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in leading high-end residential and other commercial developments from concept through to completion. Working closely with our in-house construction team and valued clients, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding design outcomes, detailed documentation, and seamless project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative architectural designs tailored to client briefs
  • Lead projects across all stages — concept, DA, construction documentation and specification
  • Coordinate with consultants, builders, and authorities to drive project success
  • Produce detailed, high-quality construction documentation
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to design integrity, deadlines, and budgets
  • Contribute to and uphold our commitment to excellence in design and client service
About You

You are a passionate and detail-oriented architect who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves delivering projects of the highest standard.

You will Need:

  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience (Must be in Australia)
  • Proven experience delivering luxury residential and/or commercial projects
  • Strong design flair and excellent technical documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Archicad (mandatory)
  • Solid knowledge of BCA/NCC, local planning regulations, and construction detailing
  • Excellent communication, client liaison, and project management skills
  • Current architectural registration or close to completion
