Experienced Barista Wanted – Join Our Piccolo Me Café Team

We're looking for an experienced barista who can do more than just make great coffee – we want someone who can create an unforgettable experience for our customers.

If coffee is your craft, hospitality is your passion, and you know how to turn a regular customer into a loyal one, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Crafting exceptional espresso-based drinks with precision and consistency
  • Engaging with customers and building relationships through warm, friendly service
  • Showcasing latte art and barista skills that make our drinks a talking point
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting coffee station
  • Working as part of a team to make our café the place everyone wants to come back to

What we're looking for:

  • Proven barista experience in a busy café
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, grinders, and milk texturing
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to quality in every cup
  • A natural people person who can make customers feel welcome and valued
  • Reliable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • At the moment , the need is for Wednesday and Thursday only from 6am - 3 pm, an additional day could be had shortly thereafter.
