About the role

Tinwood Projects PTY LTD is seeking a 1st or 2nd year apprentice Roof Plumber to join our team in Mornington, VIC. This is a full-time position where you will learn and develop your skills in all aspects of residential and commercial roof plumbing. You will work closely with experienced tradespeople to gain hands-on experience and work towards your Plumbing qualification.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with the installation, maintenance and repair of roof drainage systems
  2. Installing gutters, downpipes and roof flashings
  3. Performing roof leak investigations and repairs
  4. Participating in the fabrication and installation of sheet metal roofing and cladding
  5. Learning to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
  6. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with building codes and regulations
