They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team in Brisbane. This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, leading a committed team while working directly with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects from inception through to handover.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resourcing to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead and support site teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-first culture.
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
• Drive compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and ensure risk management protocols are in place.

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (retail, education, or other new build projects preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls.
• Commercially savvy with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Committed to delivering projects safely, sustainably, and to the highest quality.
