About the role
Westfund is looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator to join the Brand, Marketing & Experience (BMX) team. The Marketing Coordinator will support the organisation and implementation of marketing initiatives across various channels to deliver on business objectives. A key focus will be supporting our National Sales Team, as well as supporting the wider Marketing Campaigns team, on key tasks such as acquisition and retention campaigns, sponsorships, events and community programs.
What it looks like:
- Working with our National Sales team to provide relevant and meaningful marketing initiatives across B2B opportunities and community-focused activations
- Driving ongoing efficiencies within the BMX team through automations and campaign optimisations
- Supporting the Community Grants Grogram as well as assisting with other local sponsorship initiatives and events
- Providing key internal stakeholders with marketing support
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, either brand side or agency
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or digital media preferred or relevant experience in marketing and/or communications
- Experience working in event planning and execution, e.g. brand activations + campaigns
- Experience working in a regulated environment preferred (banking, insurance, healthcare)
- Ability to think creatively and with a member-first approach
- Strong understanding of digital marketing landscape
- Able to multitask and work autonomously with a high degree of initiative
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisation skills
