Fetch Recruitment are hiring experienced and entry-level Civil Labourers / Spotters to join our team for an ongoing contract role in Adelaide's North West.

What's on offer:

  • $36.26 – $38.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Travel allowance – $21.94 per day
  • Meal allowance – $18.51 (after 9.5 hours worked)
  • Long-term, consistent projects with strong job security
  • Opportunities for future progression into machinery operation

Duties will include

  • Assisting subcontractors with concreting, drainage, and storm-water works
  • Spotting machine and assisting with high-risk demolition work
  • Digging trenches and installing electrical/NBN conduits
  • General site setup and clean-up
  • Operating machinery (Roller, Loader, Moxy, etc. – if tickets are held)

Successful candidates must:

  • Hold a White Card (essential)
  • Be able to pass, and continue to pass, daily drug and alcohol testing
  • Have a National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months
  • Be reliable, punctual, and able to work without a phone on site
  • Have previous civil labouring or spotting experience (preferred but not essential)
