We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Technician to join our team on a major renewable energy project in regional Victoria. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of one of the state's landmark solar and battery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform commissioning activities across solar, BESS, and substation assets
  • Undertake testing, troubleshooting, and verification of systems in line with project requirements
  • Support integration and energisation phases
  • Ensure all commissioning works are completed to industry and project safety standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to meet project milestones

Key Requirements:

  • Previous commissioning experience in substations, large-scale solar, or battery energy storage systems (BESS)
  • Electrical trade or engineering qualifications
  • Proven ability to work under pressure to tight project deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of industry safety procedures and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
