The Opportunity:

Based in Brisbane CBD, your primary role will involve close collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and Project Controls. The key focus of your responsibilities is to support and learn administrative tasks, quality assurance, bid coordination and bookkeeping functions. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Support ongoing research, implementation, and opportunity development based on market trends and legislation related to ecosystem and environmental markets, the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial
  • Disclosures (TNFD), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies, and other financial market and reporting drivers.
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of the business's financial control and reporting systems, including the management and enhancement of electronic document control and record-keeping processes
  • Quality assurance: Support the management of the Integrated Business
  • Management System (IBMS) for compliance requirements and ISO accreditation.
  • Coordination and reporting: support the coordination of tenders and bids, lead in developing reports, and provide monthly internal and external reporting.
  • Assist with data management and ongoing maintenance of the Myob ERP system.
  • Administrative support: Support general administrative tasks to manage risk and compliance, record keeping and reporting.
  • Accounting: support the administration of general accounting transactions and proactively contribute to improvement of systems, processes and margins.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Economics or Business.
  • Graduate to three years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player capable of taking initiative in a client-focused consulting and operational business.
  • Goal-oriented, aiming to develop skills for project acquisition, delivery, and client relationship management.
  • Eligible to live and work in Australia.
