Business Graduate (Graduate Development Program) – Insignia Pty Ltd. Join our 2-year Graduate Program and start your career with a fun team culture. The program includes training, mentoring, exposure to various business areas, and contemporary practices to support your growth.

Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (Brisbane Head Office in Wakerley).

Your Graduate Journey

Our two-year Graduate Program helps graduates learn, grow, and thrive in a supportive environment with diverse experiences, including training courses, networking opportunities, and conferences. You'll work with various teams to explore your interests and gain direct impact, visibility, and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Customer Experience Team – About the Role

In our Customer Experience team you will build a customer-centric mindset, learn our core business and systems, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and resolve customer queries through multiple channels. You will process and optimize orders and build product and systems knowledge. There will also be opportunities for project work in sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, L&D and supply chain.

The successful applicant will have
  • A recent undergraduate degree (or about to graduate)
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality
  • A current Australian driver's license and own vehicle
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Motivation to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
