Position Overview: As an All-Rounder, you'll be involved in various tasks, from taking orders and serving customers to helping out in the kitchen. You'll be the face of Brew n Brew, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and take customer orders with a friendly, welcoming attitude
  • Serve food and beverages quickly and accurately
  • Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks
  • Help maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas
  • Handle cash and process payments
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a cafe or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
